Description: Stapled paper covers. Octavo: 24 × 15 cm; pp. 7 [1] + [4] pp. [insert from Genesis]. Illustrated with 4 woodcuts. Printed by the Stellar Press in Baskerville on wove cream paper, the insert on India paper.

Inserted: Loosely laid in is the publisher's order form (20 × 13 cm) for the Nonesuch Bible.
