Condition: An original poster in very fine condition, with no significant or at most slight signs of use commensurate with its age, such as slight folds, tears or bubbles. Not mounted.

Notes: The poster was commissioned in view of the centenary celebrations in Le Corbusier's native city. (Le Corbusier, actually Charles-Édouard Jeanneret, 1887–1965). For Bibliothèque de la ville de La Chaux-de-Fonds, another version of this poster, far rarer to find, with the title printed in blue “Le voyage d'Orient. La découverte de C.-E. Jeanneret, photographe” was issued.

Awards: The poster was awarded for outstanding design and print in the Swiss Poster of the Year competition.
