Octavo: 19 × 13 cm; pp. viii, 190. Condition: Dust jacket torn, a longer tear to base of front cover (c. 7 cm), a major loss on the back cover (c. 5 × 2 cm). Binding tight and intact. A small water stain on the first 6 leaves. Otherwise clean and very well preserved.
